Outdoor Wood Primer is a water-based product for priming outdoor wood such as facades, windows, fences etc. It protects the wood and improves adhesion and durability of the additional treatment. The product is used primarily for pine, accoya, larch, spruce, oak as well as for old and dry pressure treated wood (except red cedar). Pressure treated wood in general and hardwood may be treated directly with the WOCA exterior products.
Stir the primer thoroughly before use.
Apply with brush or paint roller. Begin with the butt ends of the wood – from below and upwards. Apply in full length to avoid overlaps.
Leave the primer to dry for approx. 24 hours before application of the WOCA exterior products.
After priming, it is necessary to protect with one of the WOCA exterior products.
